1. Scope of Service
BizWizHub is a professional networking and business management platform that connects independent service providers (Businesses) with potential clients (Customers). BizWizHub provides the infrastructure for discovery, communication, and invoicing. We do not provide the actual services listed by users and are not a party to any contracts formed between Businesses and Customers.
2. User Conduct
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and invoicing process. The use of fraudulent billing information or deceptive business practices is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without notice.
3. Payments & Invoicing
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). BizWizHub facilitates the generation of invoices but is not liable for payment disputes, chargebacks, or failed transactions between parties. Users are responsible for tracking their own tax obligations.
4. Limitation of Liability
BizWizHub is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding the quality of services provided by businesses on our platform. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our tools or the failure of third-party services.
